Illinois Licensed Attorney - Workers' Compensation (Plaintiff)

Location: Fairview Heights, IL

Experience: 2+ years (Plaintiff or Defense)

We are seeking a motivated Illinois-licensed attorney to join our plaintiff-side Workers' Compensation practice in Fairview Heights. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience handling workers' compensation matters - whether on the plaintiff or defense side.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of workers' compensation files
• Conduct client meetings, case evaluations, and settlement negotiations
• Draft pleadings, motions, and related legal documents
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and arbitrations
• Maintain organized case files and deliver strong client communication

Qualifications

• Active Illinois law license (required)
• Minimum 2 years of workers' compensation experience
• Plaintiff experience preferred, but defense experience welcomed
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Compensation & Benefits
